Day-1. DEPARTURE CITY-MALAGA: Overnight flight to Malaga. 

Day-2. MALAGA-TORREMOLINOS: Arrival early afternoon, local time and board the Motor coach for a short ride to Malaga, city established by Phoenicians almost 3000 years ago. See the Moorish Alcazar, the Cathedral and Plaza Mercedes, where famous painter Pablo Picasso was born. Then to Torremolinos and your beach front hotel for check in, dinner and overnight. 

Day-3. TORREMOLINOS: Join your tour director on walking tour of Torremolinos, great sea-side town which first attracted crowds in 1498 when the Catholic kings and their vast number of troops camped here during the siege of Málaga. The town evolved as a thriving centre for fishing, primarily cantered on La Carihuela, an area just east of town where a few bona-fida fishermen still remain, and a source of the best seafood restaurants en La Costa. Explore the upper town, the local market and the Cathedral. In the afternoon relax at the hotel's swimming pool.

Day-4. GRANADA-TORREMOLINOS: Full day excursion to Granada. Travel through Sierra Nevada and view the cliff houses where the people live in the caves since 1470, and then to Granada, once the favourite town of the Moorish Kings. Your local guide will walk you through Alhambra, considered as the most beautiful palace built by the Moors. Then continue to Generalife Gardens, amazing parks with numerous fountains. Then walk to lower town to explore Albayzin, the former Moorish quarter before we visit the Cathedral. Late return to Torremolinos. 

Day-5. PUERTO BANUS-GIBRALTAR-SEVILLE: Travel along Costa del Sol and coastal towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus to reach Gibraltar. Walk across the border between Spain and this British enclave and start with guided tour of the impressive Rock. See / visit: St. Michael's Caves, the Apes Den, Moorish Castle and the Garrison Chapel. Then through the lower Sierra Nevada to Seville and your centrally located hotel inside the walls. After dinner join your tour director on walking tour along Guadalquivir River. 

Day-6. SEVILLE: Guided walking city tour of one of the moist beautiful European towns which sits well inland, but a mere 6 meters above sea level. In the past Seville was long an important seaport, prior to the silting up of the Guadalquivir. From Seville Ferdinand Magellan obtained the ships for his voyages. See / visit: Alcazares Reales, once home of the Moorish rulers of Al-Andalus, Maria Luisa Park, University, Giralda and Cathedral, the second largest catholic church in Europe. In the evening an optional Flamenco show. 

Day-7. SEVILLE-MADRID:Early morning departure Seville for ride through Northern Andalusia and Castile & Leon to reach the capital. Upon arrival, panoramic tour of the city to see the main sites such as: Retiro Park, Puerta del Sol,  the Opera, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de la Villa, Basilica de San Miguel and Capilla del Obispo. Then to your hotel located just 150 m. from puerta del Sol, point zero of the city and the whole country. Dinner in original Castilian eatery.

Day-8. MADRID: Walk to Palacio Real for guide tour of the residence of Spanish Royal Family. See the State Chambers, the armoury rooms and the courtyard. Then walk to Prado Museum, a Neo-Gothic building from the 18th century housing for inside tour of one of the greatest art museums in Europe housing the masterpieces by Velasquez, Goya, Murillo, and Ribera as well as Flemish and Italian works. Free afternoon or take the optional excursion to Toledo, the famous Pink City. During the tour, you will visit / see: El Greco House The Cathedral, Alcazar, Synagog de Santa Maria la Blanca, Puente del Alcantar and Santo Tome Church.
