Day-1. DEPARTURE CITY-ZAGREB: Afternoon & overnight flight to Europe
Day-2. ZAGREB: Transfer to your centrally located hotel and after short break join your tour director on walking tour of this old city. See the Jelacic Square, the center of public life, walk along Zrinjevac park and up to the old train station known from the Agatha Christie novel Murder in Orient Express.
Day-3. ZAGREB: Guided tour of the city.Visit/See: Jelacic Square, Church of St. Mark with unique roof tiles, St. Stephen Cathedral, Dolac Market, the “belly of Zagreb”, National Theatre, Bloody Bridge, Upper Town, Lotrscak Tower, and Mirogoj. Later join your tour director on walking tour along Ilica, the main artery of the city.
Day-4. PLITVICE LAKES –SPLIT: Travel through the Croatian countryside. Stop at Plitvice Lakes, one of the natural wonders of Europe, consisting of 17 cascading lakes. Then continue to ancient Split, located on the Adriatic coast, known as the town of Spalato during the Roman period. Dinner and overnight in Split.
Day-5. SPLIT: Explore Split, known known as the birth place of Emperor Diokletian. At the end of 3rd century Emperor Diokletian built his palace on the Bay of Asphalatos, known today as a UNESCO Cultural Heritage Site. Visit the Church of St. Trinity, Baptistry of St. John, Cathedral of St. Dominius and the Port. In the afternoon take a relax walk along Riva.
Day-6. SPLIT-STON- DUBROVNIK: Travel along the Dalmatian Coast, known as the "islands highway", cross the Bosnian border, and back to Croatia on your way to Dubrovnik. Stop in the seaside town of Ston, site of "the Great Wall of Europe", oncethe protection of the Republic of Ragusa. See the largets MUssel plntation in Europe, before we reach Dubrovnikmand your four star seaside hotel with swimming pool. After checkin at your four star hotel with swimming pool. Then "Game of the Throne dinner feast with over 60 hot dishes to taste.
Day-7. DUBROVNIK: Join your guide on walking tour of this amazing walled city named as UNECO Heritage city considered as the most beautiful walled town in Europe. Through the history of over 1,100 years, the town changed the hands of its many rulers from Byzantium and Venetian to Napoleon and Italians. See: The Museum of Dubrovnik, Stradun, Minceta Tower, the Old Port, Gruz Port, the Botanical Gardens. Later in the afternoon, (if you are not afraid of height) an optional walking tour along ramparts, walls and towers which surround this great city.
Day-8. DUBROVNIK (CAVTAT): Free day in Dubrovnik for group or individual activities. There are so many things to do. Relax at Babin Kuk beach district, or take a cable car to the Gruz Hill for amazing view over the Adriatic Sea. Or take the optional boat excursion to the old Greek colony Cavtat, or go for a souvenir hunt inside the town’s walls. In the evening an open dinner feast.
