Day-1. DEPARTURE CITY-DUBLIN: Overnight flight to Dublin.
Day-2. DUBLIN: Upon arrival transfer to your hotel and after a short refreshment break join your tour director on a walking tour along the statue lined O’Connell Street, Parnell Square and Gates Theatre.
Day-3. BLARNEY CASTLE-KILLARNEY: Travel through Central Ireland. Stop to view the stately church ruins atop the Rock of Cashel, which rises above the surrounding plain. Then visit Blarney Castle to kiss the famous "Stone of Eloquence." Also visit the Blarney Woollen Mills before we continue through Macroom, before we arrive Killarney for overnight
Day-4. RING OF KERRY & SKELLIG: Exciting ride along Ireland's most popular scenic drive of 100 miles - the Ring of Kerry with breathtaking sights of the Mac Gillycudy Reeks as well as coastal views of beaches and cliffs. Stop at Kells for a taste of farm life with a sheepdog demonstration of herding flocks and see different breeds of sheep. (after April 15th). Drive through the to Valencia Island and visit the Skellig, where Christian monks lived in austere conditions. Stop at Moll's Gap for a view over the Three Lakes. Visit the Muckross Gardens, before late return to Killarney.
Day-5. CLIFFS OF MOHER-BUNRATTY CASTLE: Drive to the Cliffs of Moher, a spectacular wall of limestone that reaches to almost 700 feet above the Atlantic Ocean.Then to Bunratty and your hotel. In the evening head to Bunratty Castle to visit the Great Hall for a medieval-style feast of excellent Irish dishes. During and after the meal the lords and ladies will serenade you with song and harp music, evocative of the middle Ages.
Day-6. SLIGO-DERRY: Travel to Sligo to visit The Yates Memorial Building which holds the Sligo Art Gallery. Stroll through this lovely town before we continue to famous Donegal Castle. Visit the castle and then through Blue Stack Mountains and the typical Irish towns of Portstwart and Pertrush to reach Derry for overnight.
Day-7. GIANT CAUSEWAY DUBLIN: Visit Giant Causeway, and hear the legends that surround this geological masterpiece of 37,000 hexagonal basalt columns. Then through Northern Ireland to Dublin for overnight.
Day-8. DUBLIN: City tour of Dublin. Visit Dublin Castle, the Custom House, the masterpiece of James Gordon one of the the greatest architect of 18th century, St. Patrick Cathedral, where famous writer and satirist Jonathan Swift was a Dean from 1713-1747 and Oscar Wilde’s Trinity College with the Old Library. Do not forget to spend time admiring the Book of Kells one of the most beautifully illuminated manuscripts in the world. Rest of the day is free. In the afternoon visit Writers Museum where you will find items and books from the great Irish writers and poets like Jonathan Swift, Bernard Shaw, James Joyce, Samuel Becket, William Butler, Robert Yates, Oliver Goldsmith and many others.
