Day-1. DEPARTURE CITY-TEL AVIV: Overnight flight to Israel.
Day-2. TEL AVIV:B'ruchim Ha' Ba'im. Welcome to Israel. Drive around the main streets of Tel Aviv. Stop at Rabin Square before continuing to Old Jaffa, to visit the ancient ruins and restored artist's quarter. Visit Neve Tzedek, neighborhood and Nahalat Binyamin, the pedestrian street with its stores Next stop at Sheinkin, a lively and colorful street especially known for its unique shops, café life, and youthful ambiance.
Day-3. CAESAREA-HAIFA-ROSH HANIKRA:Drive to Caesarea, once the Roman capital of the region. See the excavations of the Crusaders city, and the Amphitheater. Then to Haifa for a view from Mt. Carmel, and for visit to Naval Museum of the immigration to Israel at the time of the British Mandate. Drive to Acre to visit the old harbor and local market. End the day in Rosh Hanikra for a cable car ride and view of the limestone grottos.
Day-4. MT. TABOR-JORDAN VALLEY-JERUSALEM:Drive through Lower Galilee to Mt. Tabor for a panoramic view to the hills of Samaria. Next visit the excavations of the ancient city of Beit Shean. Then continue to the Jordan Valley and the Judean Wilderness to Jerusalem for overnight.
Day-5. JERUSALEM:Tour the Old City Jerusalem, beginning with a visit of the Tomb of King David on Mt. Zion. Walk along the Cardo, the ancient Roman road, and visit the Sephardic synagogues. Tour the Kotel Tunnels and the Davidson Center. In the afternoon, visit Via Dolores, The Church of Holy Sepulcher, the Tower of David and the Temple at the Western (Wailing) Wall.
Day-6 . DEAD SEA-MASADA-AMMAN:Drive through the Judean Desert and past the Inn of the Good Samaritan to visit the mountain fortress of Masada, the site of the last Jewish resistance against the Romans in the year 73 AD. Then cross the border and to Amman for overnight.
Day-7. AMMAN-JERASH-PETRA:Guided tour of Amman, known since biblical times as Rabbat and Philadelphia during the Roman time. Visit the Citadel, Roman Theatre, Nymphaeum, Iraq El-Amir, Rijm Al, and Malfoof. Then to Jerash, the Roman City, considered one of the best-preserved sites of Roman architecture in the world. End the day in Petra.
Day-8. PETRA-DEAD SEA:Discover Petra (one of the New Wonders of the Ancient World), the amazing complex of tombs and temples carved in the pink stone. Visit the Siq, a long, winding fissure between two walls of cliffs, the Treasury, the Street of Facades, the Court House, and the Amphitheater. After riding the horses and camels, return to Petra and board the motor coach for a ride to the Dead Sea resort for overnight.
Day-9. DEAD SEA:Relax for the day at the lowest point on Earth. For once in your life you can lie back or sit in the sea without the possibility of sinking.
