Day-1. DEPARTURE CIT PARIS: Afternoon/overnight flight to Paris.
Day-2. PARIS: Arrival Paris and start with guided tour. See / visit: Opera Garnier, the Eiffel Tower, the Obelisk, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Tuileries Gardens, Trocadero, Luxembourg Gardens, Latin Quarter, Place de la Concorde, le Bastille, the National Assembly and Les Invalides, Then to your hotel in artistic Montmartre. Later visit Basilica Sacre Coeur and the streets of Montmartre with traditional sketch makers, crepe food outlets and souvenir shops.
Day-3. PARIS: Ride the metro to Ile de la Cité, the cradle of Parisian history, for an inside visit of the Notre Dame. Then cross the Pont Neuf, to see Consiergerie Prison where Maria Antoinette spent her last days. Then to Marais, a labyrinth of cobble-stone streets, old courtyards, posh villas, art galleries, and pastry. shops. View Place de Vosges, the most beautiful palace in Paris before we continue to Louvre for visit of this great art museum, filled with paintings and sculptures including famous Mona Lisa. End the day with a walking tour to Arc d’ Trioumphe and along Champs Elysees.
Day-4. VERSAILLES: Travel to Versailles to visit Chateau Versailles, the lavish palace of of Louis XIV, the Sun King. Visit: the Royal Chapel, Drawing Rooms, the Royal Bedrooms, Map Gallery and the courtyard. Then return to Paris and Pont d’ Alam and board Bateaux Mouches cruise on Seine. some free time to visit Les Halles, Galleries Lafayette or Printemps, the main shopping sites of the city.
Day-5. PARIS-GENEVA: Board speedy TGV train for excellent ride through French countryside to reach Geneva, known as one of the headquarters of United Nations. Upon arrival join your tour director on walking tour to see the main sites like: the Town Hall, the European seat of the United Nations, the Reformation Monument and the amazing Jet d’ Eau.
Day-6. LAUSANNE-GRUYERS-GENEVA: Travel to Lausanne, to see the main sites like: the Burg, the Old Town the Cathedral, Place St-Francois, Place de la Riponne, Fontaine de Justice and Hotel de Ville. Then continue to Gruyeres, home of the famous Gruyere cheese. Late afternoon return to Geneva.
Day-7. VENICE: Board the speedy train for an exciting ride through the European Alps and high mountain peaks. Arrival Venice and accommodation in your hotel on Canal Grande. Later join your tour director on walking tour to explore this unique city built on 120 islands, and connected with over 240 bridges.
Day-8. VENICE: Your guide will show you the masterpieces of Italian Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance architecture. See: Ca d’Oro, the Golden House, St. Marks’ Square, Pallazo Ducale, Ponte dei Sospiri, Campanile, Ponte Rialto, and Basilica San Marco. In the afternoon visit one of the glass blowing outlets to see how the old masters produce unique items from the liquid class using the same technique for over 400 years. Rest of the day is free. We suggest to you to rent a gondola or board board Vaporetto, a Venetian water bus, for great ride along Canal Grande.
