Day-1. DEPARTURE CITY-MONTRÉAL: Motor coach transfer to Montréal. Upon arrival, start with the orientation tour of the second-largest French-speaking city in the Western world. Visit the Quartier Latin, crowded with cafés, animated by this literary and musical activity, Pointe-à-Callière and Old Montréal, with its cobblestone streets, where in the 17th century, French settlers erected a city hall as well as a market.
Day-2. MONTRÉAL: Visit: Notre Dame Basilica, Oratoire Saint-Joseph, Old Port, Mount Royal Park, Biodome, the wonder of Montréal and "underground city". In the afternoon visit "Atelier Culinaire" cooking school, for 4 hours workshop. During the workshop you will prepare different meals under supervision of the grand chef. After finishing the meal, group will taste what they prepared.
Day-3. MONTRÉAL-QUÉBEC CITY: Travel to Charlevoix Dairy Farm to learn about the secrets of cheddar cheese production. Ten you will taste four different cheese before we continue to nearby cow farm. Then depart for Trois-Rivières. Arrive in Cap-de-la- Madeleine and visit Ste. Anne Shrine. Visit the Woodcarver's Shop (world-famous Chez Pare). Enjoy a slice of delicious bread with maple butter at Marie's Bakery. Then continue with your ride to visit Montmorency Falls. Continue on to Québec City and upon arrival, walk around the Old City (Place d'Armes).
Day-4. QUÉBEC CITY: Explore the cradle of French civilization and the only fortified city north of Mexico. See the Plains of Abraham, also known as Battlefield Park, the site of a famous battle between the French and English armies in 1759, the Citadel, constructed by the Duke of Wellington to fortify the city following the War in 1812, Place Royale, the heart of historic Lower Town and Notre-Dame de Québec, a 17thcentury cathedral. Experience Cape Diamond, which is 350 feet above the water, and admire the view it provides of the St. Lawrence River, Promenade des Gouverneurs, Joan of Arc Gardens, with its 150 different types of plants, Grand-Alée, and the Château Frontenac, a landmark of Québec City. Late in the afternoon, travel to Saint Sylvestre to visit the Erabliere (maple orchard) for tasting of the maple taffy on real snow in the caveau a neige (snow cellar).
